Mohammed is co-founder of Tap Payments and Skilzi Institute. He joined the Principal Investing Division of Gulf Investment Corporation (GIC) in 2015. His work involves telecom, technology, media and utilities investments in the GCC/MENA. Prior to assuming his current responsibilities, he worked at the Transaction Advisory Services department in Ernst & Young and then in Asiya Investments focusing on telecom and infrastructure investments.
Mohammed earned his bachelors degree from Marquette University and holds an MBA from Wharton Business School. He serves on the boards of directors of a number of companies, including Ooredoo Algeria, Tawasul, and Nexgen.
