Ahmad Khaled Al Bader
I, Ahmed Khalid Al Bader and was born in the state of Kuwait. I attended Suffolk University, and obtained my bachelors degree in B.S. Finance. I worked for various Organizations like the Gulf Bank, Global Investment House, and the Securities Group but my life-long objective was to share and enhance my knowledge, and food is the only mutual matter between all races. My aim was to offer upscale casual dining concepts that Kuwait lacks.
At the beginning of my career, I found it difficult to sort a suitable franchise for the Middle East, so I shifted my efforts after opening ‘The Burger Hub’ an outlet in Kuwait City that I run personally and develop all concepts in-house and established the Company called ‘Epicure Group’ in November 2009, and over the past months it has made a major impact on Kuwait’s dining scene.
My major achievements this year is opening of new brands such as Abu El Seed an Egyptian concept, and Wok Hay a Chinese concept located in the Green Island, and Prime & Toast, Pickles and Wasabi in Marina walk. The outlets reveals rave reviews from diners in Kuwait, who seem genuinely impressed with the restaurants’ creative dishes and energetic ambiance. I take pride on bringing out the best flavor possible in whatever it decides to serve up.
My strength in Epicure is to innovate with fresh new ideas. My objective is to strive to offer exceptional cuisine in a memorable atmosphere while delivering exquisite dining value and create a sensation of tastes and textures that are amalgamated with the modern day.
